I started my career in London in 2001 and built myself a name highly recognized by celebrities, models, and top athletes both in the UK and abroad. I am best known for my television work, in particular the very successful TV series ‘Celebrity Trainer’ shown on the Active Channel. In the show, I used unorthodox and fun training techniques to get celebs into shape. I featured in many newspapers and magazines and regularly contributed to health & fitness publications. Alongside my media commitments, I continued to look after a number of clients through exclusive personal training sessions. Among my clientele were some of the world’s most recognized faces in the entertainment and sports industry. My fun approach, discretion, drive, and determination to help people achieve their goals made me one of the top Personal Trainers in London.
I do not follow fitness trends.  All my programs are based on solid science, a deep understanding of biomechanics, human anatomy and physiology.  My expertise has contributed to many features in health and fitness publications, including a detailed training programme for “The Bone Challenge”, a book on Osteoporosis and bone density, published by Vitabiotics.  I have nearly 20 years of experience and an excellent portfolio of results in weight loss, weight gain, body sculpt, general fitness, injury recovery, sports specific, pre/postnatal, flexibility and weight training. Whether you’re looking for general fitness, or to lose weight, put on weight, recover from injuries, prepare for sports competitions, I can design a fully optimised programme specifically designed to achieve your personal goals in the shortest possible time, based upon your age, weight, sex, health and current fitness. I can also design special programmes for actors/models who need to achieve weight and size targets for acting roles and modelling contracts.
